Prior to AdviNow, James was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Analog and Sensor Group in Freescale. Over James’ tenure, the turnaround has been pronounced that reversed decades long low profitability (negative EBIT) to dramatically increased gross margin, revenue and EBIT to over $900M in revenue and 800 employees.

Prior to Freescale, James was the Vice President of Precision of Maxim Integrated where he successfully led the turnaround of the worst performing business unit to highly differentiated technology and financial performance defining by high growth and high gross margin products.

Prior to Maxim, James was Vice President for Silicon Laboratories where he founded the Asia operations and grew customers, marketshare and employees.
